WHY DON’T WE SHOW PRICING
FOR SOME OF THE PRODUCTS THAT WE SELL?

Some of the reasons are listed below:
1. MAP Policy:
Some manufacturers have instituted a minimum
price advertising (MAP), which simply means that we are not
allowed to advertise discounted pricing or must comply with no
lower than the manufacturer’s mandated discounted pricing.
Although we may NOT ADVERTISE certain discounts, once our
loyal customers enter our physical store or as you, our online
customer enters our online showroom by clicking the buy
button, you will then see our online pricing. You as a savvy
online purchaser can accomplish your goal with just a few
additional steps.

To enter our online showroom,
click the BUY BUTTON. You will be in our showroom and will
be able to see our pricing at that time.

If you choose to buy the
item, continue the process.

If not, click on EMPTY THE
CART (which is at the top right corner of the page) which
cancels the purchase. At this time you can either continue
shopping or leave the site.

If you have multiple items,
and only want some of the items change the QUANTITY to “0”
next to the unwanted items and click MODIFY CART (which is
below the cart on the left).

Then you may continue
shopping or process your order.
2. Difficulty in ordering:
We restrict some purchases to phone only
because of information needed to order. Some items include,
but are not limited to: mortise locks, rim locks, cremone
bolts, custom knobs & lever sets, etc.
3. Split finishes:
When you require a finish on the outside of
your door hardware that is different from the inside you must
order that item by phone.
